NULS社区季度贡献人物评选，是对NULS社区贡献者的感谢，也是NULS社区延续至今的社区文化。
在上季度的贡献人物评选中，社区关于贡献者奖励投票未通过，最终由NULS CEO自费奖励贡献者，表达对贡献者的肯定与支持。
从NULS1.0主网到NULS2.0主网，团队与社区经历了整整一年。在市场行情持续低迷的情况下，是团队与社区对NULS的热爱，完成了NULS2.0的升级之路。本季度，我们将评选出最多不超过5位贡献者，以感谢他们在NULS2.0主网上线过程中做出的贡献。
评选对象及规则
1、NULS社区成员（NULS核心团队、NULS CCC、社区大使等NULS核心成员除外）；
2、在评选季度内有较为杰出贡献者，包括：内容（文章/视频/图片）、社区建设（社群/论坛/）、活动（线下参与或组织/线上参与或组织）、宣传推广（合作/宣传）等方面；
3、季度贡献奖，每个季度评选一次，由社区成员自荐或推荐，社区投票进行评选；
4、参与自荐的社区成员提交申请表（https://jinshuju.net/f/YA3KLv），提交申请截止时间为2019年10月25日；
5、自荐（推荐）请清楚描述在第三季度所做事件，产生影响，不少于200字；
6、最终投票产生不超过5位季度贡献人物。
7、自荐（推荐）开始即面向社区提案并讨论方案，自荐（推荐）结束后，即10月25日后开始投票。
奖励
1、NULS社区季度贡献奖励来自社区基金；
2、投票产生的杰出贡献者，每人将获得100 NULS奖励；
3、本次季度贡献人物，奖励总量为100NULS*5=500NULS。

Selection of NULS quarterly top contributors is a way of expression our thankfulness and also a NULS culture that has been continued till this day
At the last quarterly selection, NULS community was not able to vote on whom the tops ones are, and as a result NULS CEO funded and rewarded to the contributors as cognition to the work and support they have been doing.
It took full one year for NULS mainnet to upgrade from 1.0 to 2.0, the team and the community had gone through it together. Throughout the bear market and the tough times, if it wasn’t for the love and care coming from NULS team and the community, NULS would have not completed its journey. In this thankful season, we will choose 5 top contributors for their efforts from the beginning of NULS 2.0 mainnet upgrade.
Selection objectives and rules
NULS community members (excluding NULS core team members, NULS CCC member, Community ambassadors)Top contributors from last season include: contents (article/video/images), Community developments (social groups/ forums), events (organizing or participating both online and/or offline), marketing promotions (cooperation/promotion) and other aspects.Quarterly contribution awards, selected by community votes every season by members who are self-recommended or by the othersParticipating in self-recommended Top contributors registration from (https://jinshuju.net/f/YA3KLv), to be submitted latest by 25th Oct 2019.Describe what he/she has accomplished in the third quarter and its related impacts/achieved results, no less than 200 wordsVotes will determine which top 5 contributors are7. Self-recommendation(recommending others) begins with community-based proposals and discussions, and after the self-recommendation (recommendation) period ends on 25th Oct 2019 voting begins.
Rewards
NULS quarterly top contributors rewards are funded by the Community FundsTop contributors are chosen by votes, each will be awarded with 100 NULSTotal rewards for the seasonal top contributors are 100 NULS *5 = 500 NULS
